Dialogue via Conversation Platform
We create a Voice App specially designed for you, we personalise the dialogue based on your user’s wishes, we optimize the flow of the conversations, and we store and analyse all data in our fully integrated Conversation Platform.
- Building blocks
- This platform’s advantage is that we use DialogFlow and Alexa, but thanks to our technology, we have the opportunity to further develop these dialogues.
- Contrary to the use of DialogFlow, the Conversation Platform can use previous conversations and data from other platforms (CRM, product database) to personalise all dialogues. In addition, the sequence of the conducted dialogue is not ‘set in stone’, and, therefore, we can conduct more realistic and more personal dialogues.
- Finally, through A/B testing and CRO, we can improve the experience of the end customer.
Our intake process
During the intake, together we determine the objectives of the conversation and check which data are already available. Then, based on these data, we can determine which interactions are important for the dialogue with your customer.
